Knorr's most popular mix for Wiener Schnitzel! A perfect blend of spices for the tastiest Schnitzel ever. Easy to prepare with your choice of pork, veal or chicken. One package will coat 3 x 150g schnitzel pieces. Place the package contents on a plate. Rinse the schnitzel under cold water and then bread them on both sides. Fry the breaded schnitzel in hot oil until golden brown.

German style hamburgers (frikadeller) or meatloaf seasoning mix. 78g - Makes 4 servings.

Simply mix package contents with 100ml lukewarm water and add 500g of minced beef. Fry or bake until golden brown!

Form into burgers or meatballs and fry in a pan with hot oil or make a meatloaf and bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Delicious! Suitable for vegans and vegetarians when using meat alternatives.

Knorr mix for Curry Wurst

KNORR MIX FOR CURRY WURST

Quick and easy German sausage classic! Suitable for vegans and vegetarians when using meat alternatives.  

Instructions: 1) Fry 250g sausage (e.g. bratwurst) in a little hot oil over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat, remove the sausage, cut into slices and keep warm. 2) Pour 200ml of water into the pan. Mix the contents, bring to boil while stirring and cook for about 1 minute. 3) pour the sauce over the sausage and serve.

Tip: The Knorr chefs recommend Currywurst with fries!
