Add: 250g sliced mushrooms, 2 tbsp chopped chives, and 1500ml water. Optional: replace mushrooms with 100g carrot and 4 sliced spring onions. Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to boil while whisking, add mushrooms, simmer partially covered for 10min, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chives.
