Preparation: 1. Add 250ml of cold milk or 200ml of cold milk and 100g of cold whipped cream to a mixing bowl rinsed with hot water. 2. Add the cream powder and stir briefly with a mixer at the lowest level. Then mix 3 min. at the highest level. 3. Fill the mousse with dessert glasses or a bowl and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour
