Preparation: 1. Rinse mixing bowl with hot water and then add 1 cup cold milk (or 200ml cold milk plus 100g cold whipping cream). 2. Add contents of package to your milk with a hand mixer on the lowest setting. 3. When blended, mix for three (3) minutes on the highest setting. 4. Spoon mixture into dessert glasses or a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least one (1) hour. 5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving.

Preparation: You need: 200ml milk (1.5% fat), 1 egg (size M), approx. 1 teaspoon margarine or butter for frying

1. Add 200ml milk and the egg into a mixing bowl. Stir the contents of the bag with a whisk so that a smooth dough is produced.

2. Heat margarine or butter in a coated pan (Ø 28cm). Add the dough and fry the bottom at medium heat until golden brown. Turn over, and fry until golden brown. Then rip it into small pieces and fry for about 1 minute.

3. Sprinkle the Quarkschmarrn with powdered sugar. One bag makes 2-3 portions.

Ingredients: Corn starch, low fat cocoa powder, salt, flavouring vanillin

Preparation 1. Mix the pudding powder with about 2 tbsp. (40g) sugar. Gradually stir with at least 6 tbsp of 500ml of cold milk until smooth. 2. Boil the remaining milk, take it off the stove and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. 3. Cook the pudding while stirring for at least 1 min.
